The Story Behind the Cart
Darlin' Grounds began with a small space, a love for creativity, and a belief that coffee has always been about more than what's in the cup.
Long before there was a coffee cart, there was a tiny home café inside our apartment, where we served homemade lattes, fresh muffins, and plenty of good conversation to our neighbors, family, and friends. What started as a simple excuse to gather the people we loved quickly became something much bigger.
We found ourselves looking for any reason to bring people together—hosting holiday gatherings, designing custom menus, trying new recipes, decorating our space, and adding thoughtful little details that made each get-together feel unique and intentional. We loved creating the kind of atmosphere where people wanted to linger a little longer, conversations flowed naturally, and new memories were made over a great cup of coffee.
That's where we discovered something important.
It wasn't just the coffee that filled our cups—it was the joy of making people feel genuinely welcome.
That simple idea became the foundation of Darlin' Grounds.
The Creatives Behind the Brew
Today, founders Keyera and Jadah, besties of 10 years, bring that same spirit of hospitality to weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and community gatherings across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. While our café idea has grown beyond our little apartment, our philosophy hasn't changed: every event should feel thoughtful, personal, and designed with care.
One thing you'll quickly learn about us? We love a good creative challenge.
Whether it's developing a signature latte inspired by your favorite dessert, crafting a housemade syrup we've never made before, designing an interactive guest experience, or dreaming up personalized details that tell your story, we're always excited to try something new.
Some of our favorite ideas have started with the question, "Do you think we could...?"
More often than not, our answer is:
"Let's figure it out."
Because around here, we believe the best gatherings aren't remembered only for what was served—they're remembered for how people felt while they were there. And we're honored to play a small part in creating those moments.
